Execute SAP Program in Background as Background Task

Go to desired transaction Input the variables (F9) Program --> Execute in background background print parameters --> properties immediate --> tick periodic job (F5) period values --> desired frequency (Ctrl+S) Save Go to transaction SM37 and select the job you want to download. Click on the Spool button. Select the spool request and click on the Display Contents button. From the System menu, select List > Save > Local File. Choose the Spreadsheet option and save the file.
