5 Most Common Posture Problems (and how to fix them) Last week I attended a full day workshop on “Posture and Movement Analysis” in NYC. About 25 fitness professionals showed up, all of whom exercise regularly. After we conducted a posture assessment for each other, we were shocked to learn that EVERYONE had moderate to severe posture problems. It is very possible that you too have a moderate to severe postural problem that can affect your health and performance. In this case, it twists when a signal is applied. Two crystals together then form a prism, with the color coming out of the prism being determined by how much the crystals twist. This then forms a pixel of a certain color, based on the signal applied. The difference between an LED and LCD screen is the back light behind the screen that generates the light that comes out of the prisms. An LCD screen uses a diffused bright white fluorescent lamp. An LED screen uses an array of bright white LEDs. The advantages are: If the fluorescent lamp burns out, the entire picture goes away (just black screen). But, if one LED goes out, you may not even notice it. The LEDs have much better even coverage across the screen. They also use a lot less energy, don't get as hot, and allow for a much thinner and lighter TV set. An LED is pr
